REGULAR
A Regular Member shall be a person, partnership or corporation currently engaged in the retail/wholesale, rental, or distribution of any type of durable medical equipment and/or medical supplies. Regular members have a Medicare Part B billing number. A Regular Member shall have full voting rights.

ASSOCIATE
An Associate Member shall be a person, partnership or corporation currently engaged in the manufacture, wholesale only or other non-retail type of business related to durable medical equipment or supply. One Associate member shall represent all Associate members on the Board of Directors, have voting rights and hold elective office.

HONORARY
An Honorary member shall be one who has faithfully served the Association in any category of membership and who is no longer engaged in the operation of a business and is awarded such membership by the Board of Directors. An Honorary Member shall have the same privileges and duties as any other member with the exception of the privilege of holding an elected or appointed office. No voting rights.
